Shipping Carriers


Shop.yinengtrad ships USPS, DHL, FedEx&UPS (including International shipments) in express shipping method. At the discretion of Shop.yinengtrad LLC, orders may be shipped via carriers other than USPS, if Shop.yinengtrad LLC deems it appropriate.

Processing Time

Although we ship orders as promptly as we can, order processing time is typically 1-3 business days. During Christmas and graduation seasons, our processing time may be up to 4 business days. Our small team works hard to get you your order as fast as possible!

Please note that the number of days noted on the FedEx Priority shipping method at checkout indicates the carrier's estimated transit time in business days. This does not include order processing time, which can take 2-6 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that due to COVID-19, shipping carriers are experiencing shipping delays. All express shipping company have temporarily added 1–2 business days of delivery time to their normal ETA.

Address Errors

Please double-check your delivery address entry. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses can cause delays in your shipment and/or cause the package to be deemed undeliverable. Re-shipping and replacement costs due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

My package got returned to you. What are my options?


If your package got returned to us, please email us at YNT00001@yinengtrade.com right away! We can assist with package returns for up to 30 days.

If we can confirm your order was returned to our warehouse, we can offer one of two options:

  • Reship your order. Please note that this will incur additional shipping costs to cover both the return delivery to our warehouse (if charged by the carrier) and the total cost of reshipment to you.
  • Refund in the form of original payment (same order value, minus the amount originally paid for shipping). If the carrier attempted to contact you before returning the package to us, but was unable to reach you, the shipping costs of returning the order to us may be deducted from your refund.
